When it comes to selecting a BPO destination, despite publicity surrounding domestic “insourcing” as a new alternative to offshore BPO, offshore is still clearly the most popular destination for BPO service delivery. Forty percent of poll respondents said they use offshore hosted services, more than double the 19% using a shared services or hybrid model.
